INTEGRITY: Alpha found ways to save money for us which in turn doesn't make easy money for them. As an honest business owner myself, I do not see this very often these days.

We had a small job - replacing the head of a Zone 2 valve on a boiler, and were quoted very high prices from other HVAC places, I think because they don't want to take on such work. I submitted a description of the work to Alpha, they responded quickly, and were able to take care of it that day and for much less than I was expecting. Super nice, resourceful guys!
When our heating stopped working, I called Alpha Cooling & Heating to see if they could take a look. Even though they were already on a job far south, they assured me they would come by as soon as they finished up. True to their word, they arrived that same night, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained the problem clearly.
